After you add file source to the Boxee Box some of the content may fail to be resolved by the Boxee Box do to different reasons.

From the settings -> file source, you will see a new option called "Unidentified Videos" this clicking on it will present you with all the unresolved content of the Boxee Box

If you click into one of the unresolved videos, in the launch menu, on the upper right side you will be presented with an option to manually identify the video

In order to manually resolve the content all you need to do is type the name of the movie/ TV show and then choose the correct title from the list of options.

Note: In case you have an NFO file there Boxee will offer you the option to use an NFO file.
