How To Get Help/Support

There are many ways you can get help if you have a question, concern or problem with Boxee. Just choose the one most convenient to you.

  • User Guides - For a good starting point to get answers to your questions, please visit one of our user guides. Scan through the to see if your question or concern is covered there. The user guide for the Boxee Devices is HERE .

  • Knowledge Base -  Use the Boxee Knowledge Base to search for information or to solve an issue you are having with Boxee. Just enter a question or keyword(s) into the search bar.
  • Support Forums - We have many support forum topics which are a great resource for troubleshooting problems with the assistance of the Boxee users' community. There are lots of solutions to known issues over there, so we suggest you take a look at it for a quick answer to a problem.

  • Open a New Support Request - If you have done the above and still need to report a bug or ask us a question please feel free to open a new support request.
  • Feature Requests - For feature requests and improvement suggestions, we urge you to browse through and post at our feature request forums. You would probably want to run a short query on what's already in there, and if your idea has already been posted by someone else, you can just cast your vote for it. The more votes an idea gets, the higher it goes up our prioritized To-Do list.
  • JIRA to track reproducible bugs.
